Competition Categories

1. General Entry Rules

• All models entered into the competition must be built by the contestant entering them.
• Pre-built, assembled or commercially completed models are not eligible for entry.
• There are no restrictions on the type or subject of models that can be entered into the Best in Show or Gerry Anderson competitions, provided they meet the above requirement. If you do have a particularly large model please get in touch so there are no space issues on the day.
• 3D-printed model kits are welcome.
• Entries should be suitable for public display.

2. Star Wars Competition

• The Star Wars competition is open to all Star Wars model makers.
• Sorry, but Studio Scale models are excluded from this competition. This is intended to allow as many people as possible to participate and to ensure that there is sufficient table space for all entries. Those of you that specialise in Studio Scale are welcome to enter a smaller model. 

3. Responsibility for Models

• All models are entered and displayed entirely at the owner's own risk.
• Space-Crafts accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to models while they are on the hotel premises, including during the      competition or while on display.
• Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their models are safely transported to and from the event and are suitably protected while on display.

4. Judging

• All entries will be judged by the appointed Space-Crafts competition judges.
• The decision of the judges is final.

5. Entry and Display

• Entrants must ensure their models are ready for display when submitted.
• Space-Crafts reserves the right to refuse an entry where it does not meet these rules or where the organisers believe it may present a safety or display issue.
• By entering a model, the contestant agrees to these competition rules.

Acceptance of the Rules

Entry into the Space-Crafts Model Competition constitutes acceptance of these rules and the decisions made by the competition organisers and judges.
